Stir well and drink. Take another glass of water. It is normal for psyllium husk not to be dissolved completely.
 
 
Mix 1 sachet (5g or 1 tablespoon) of C-Lium Fibre with half a glass of water or your favorite juice / beverage.
   
 
 
  Take
5 capsules
2x a day

Drink a full glass of water after taking the capsules.
     
 

It is ideal, however, to take it 30 minutes before meals. Regular daily intake is recommended.
Vitamin and mineral supplements should be taken 2-3 hours before or after intake of C-Lium.
